Technical maintenance

Every month we check your hosting and website for errors and fix what we find. We update WordPress and other installed software, including plug-ins, to the latest stable versions. Out-of-date plug-ins are one of the most common ways websites get hacked, so this is the simplest way to stay safe.

Content management

Send us new text, photos, prices or specials and we put them on your site, with up to 2 hours of updates each month. We also advise you on where content works best, so visitors find what they need.

Hosting + maintenance bundle

One annual price for DirectAdmin 30 GB hosting, monthly maintenance and 2 hours of content updates a month. Your hosting, backups and site care are all handled by one local team.

Free Basic Website

Sign a 1-year DirectAdmin 5 GB hosting package and we build a basic 3 page website for free. It is a straightforward way to get a new business online.

Does maintenance work for sites not built by you?

Maintenance covers the hosting and the website software, such as WordPress and its plug-ins. WhatsApp us about your site and we will tell you whether it is a good fit.

What counts towards the 2 hours of content updates?

Time spent adding or changing the content you send us, such as text, images and prices. You provide the content and we advise on where it works best.

How long is the contract?

The Free Basic Website comes with a 12-month hosting contract and the bundle is billed annually. Our other hosting is month to month. See our Terms of Service.

How do I pay?

We accept EFT and Ozow payments, managed in the client portal. No VAT is added: the price you see is the price you pay.
